Refund policy

• A return request must be submitted within one year of the purchased date.
• A physical return of the item is required to receive a refund.
• Products may be opened and used.
• Maximum one return per product per customer/household.
• Each order requires its own Return Authorization. Multiple orders cannot be combined and returned in one parcel.
• Digital Items (PDF Ebooks) are not eligible for returns/refunds.
• A refund will be processed once the package has been received at Global Healing.
• The $4.99 return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Global Healing reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy.
